Om Birth Doula services include an initial meeting (free of charge), a chance to spend some time together to see if we are the right fit. If you decide that you would like to go ahead with doula services , included are three prenatal and one post natal visits. You can have my personal doula services at home and via phone, however I know longer support hospital birth in person. I will be on call 24/7 from 38 weeks until your baby arrives earth side. Telephone and email support is available during this time. Payment plans are available, please ask Megan. Travel fees apply if you live 60kms or more from me at Smiths Lake. 

A copy of the book 'Gentle Birth, Gentle Mothering' by Dr Sarah Buckley and a 10 Moon Mala are included in this package. 

Please get in touch with Megan if you're having a Home Birth and she is happy to discuss your care and negotiate your fee. Travel fees will apply if you live over 60kms from Smiths Lake.

I no longer birth assist in hospital however do provide labour support at home and pre and post natal care. Please email and set up a time to discuss your individual needs.

Pre & Post Natal Doula Support includes the option to book pre and post natal doula support visits and birth on your own with your birth support partner/s. This package includes 3 pre natal and 3 post natal visits. Payment plans are available, please ask Megan. Travel fees may apply. If you change your mind and would like birth support, the cost will be renegotiated. 

Om Birthing Wisdom - Megan presents birth education for couples or Mum's to be with their birth support person. The sessions will include lots of need to know's for many of the decisions you might have to face during pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatally. The course will look into methods for reducing pain, how to avoid some of the pitfalls of birthing in the 21st century. We understand birth to be a right of passage and wish for you the opportunity to birth with confidence and support. We know that birth partners need support too and so we give them plenty of tools to help the birthing process proceed smoothly, without anxiety and fear. These sessions are designed to help you and your partner find your way, in your way, for your birth. There will be time for discussion and the sessions will be lead by the needs of the participants not the agenda of the presenter. The course includes a copy of the book 'Gentle Birth, Gentle Mothering' by Sarah Buckley.

Megan offers a Birth Preparation session for couples 6-4 weeks prior to the estimated due date (EDD), based on the yoga philosophy, which is the foundation for her teachings. Please note: this is included in Megan's package if you employ her as your doula and can be added if you have booked another doula - 1.5hrs.

Megan offers private yoga in her home or she will visit you. If you have the space at home to invite other pregnant Mum's in your network, you can then split the fee. The fee for home visit applies within 30kms, additional travel fee may apply. If you have booked Doula services the price is $150 per visit. 

Megan offers side lying massage and aromatherapy for pregnant Mums and massage and aromatherapy treatments postnatally. $200hr home visit within 30kms, additional travel fee may apply. If you have booked Doula services the price is $150 per visit. 

Mothers Blessing Celebration - Instead of having a 'Baby Shower' a Mothers Blessing is a celebration of the pending birth of a mother to be. This is a rite of passage that is supported by a new mothers family, friends and tribe, no matter whether this is the first or fifth pregnancy. A Mothers Blessing involves an intricate web of rituals to celebrate the upcoming birth of a baby and the birth of a mum, remembering that with each new birth a new mother emerges. Let Om Birth organise this beautiful ritual for you or the pregnant Muma in your life. Starting at $600, which includes organising (invitations, emails, instructions for each attendant, providing the little extras to make the celebration memorable) and leading the ritual. Extra costs may include catering, belly paint and or an artist to create beautiful belly art or a professional photographer for the event. To inquire contact Megan here. 

Closing the Bones is a ritual that is traditionally offered from 6 weeks post-partum. This is a beautiful ritual that may be helpful after a traumatic birth, loss of a baby or child, miscarriage or simply to acknowledge the birth Rite of Passage has passed. In attendance can be your partner, close family and/or friends or MJ xx

This is a women centred ritual and can be utilised long after birth (years in fact), after the loss of a loved one or change of life stage. If you would like to discuss this further, please get in touch with Megan. 

Troy Fardell is an artist and body cast specialist with many years of experience and many bellies cast. Unlike the plaster bandage kit, this will be an intricate art piece with high detail, to be cherished for years to come. Begins at $1000 for a full belly cast, painted (one colour) or can be left unpainted. Please contact us here to book your belly cast.
